Refund & Return Policy

At Breach Point Gear, each item is made to order. We do not maintain inventory, and every product is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
No Returns or Refunds
Because of the custom nature of our products:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns.

We do not issue refunds for orders placed with the wrong size, color, or product selection.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order before checkout, including but not limited to:

Size
-
Color
-
Quantity
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be issued only under the following circumstances:

The item arrives damaged or defective.

An error in order fulfillment was made by Breach Point.
If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, you must contact us at customerservice@breachpointgear.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your request.
