Yes! We specialize in custom gear and apparel, including shirts, caps, patches, challenge coins, and plaques. Whether you have a finished logo or just an idea, we can help bring your vision to life.
To get started, please fill out our Custom Order Form, and a team member will follow up with you to discuss your project and provide a quote.
Our minimums vary depending on the item:
- Caps: 6 pieces
- Apparel: 3 pieces
- Patches: 50 pieces
- Challenge Coins: 50 pieces

Turnaround times vary based on the product type and begin once your design proof is approved. For example, apparel is generally completed sooner than items like challenge coins or patches. On average, custom orders are fulfilled within 1 to 6 weeks.
Rush options may be available for an additional fee—contact us to discuss your timeline.
- Caps: 2-3 weeks from proof approval
- Apparel: 1-2 weeks from proof approval
- Patches: 2-4 weeks from proof approval
- Challenge Coins: 4-6 weeks from proof approval
Pickups, Shipping & Delivery
Yes, in-store pickup is available at our PX location during regular business hours. Simply select “Pickup in Store” during checkout, and you’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Yes, we offer shipping within the U.S. and to APO/FPO addresses. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and typically arrives within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are based on the weight and destination of your package.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Breach Point Gear is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance. If you need help initiating a claim, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to guide you through the process.

All apparel items are made to order and are final sale. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. Non-custom, unworn items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt, unless otherwise stated. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Product Info & Materials
We use high-quality materials such as 60/40 poly-cotton blends, 50/50 poly-cotton blends, 100% cotton, and moisture-wicking performance fabrics that are comfortable, durable, and made to last.
We carry a variety of trusted brands including Gildan, Sport-Tek, Next Level, and Richardson.
Because we use multiple manufacturers, sizing can vary between products. We strongly recommend reviewing our Sizing Chart page before placing your order to ensure the best fit. If you need additional guidance, you’re welcome to visit us in-store to check out sample items.

Yes! We offer competitive bulk pricing for military units, commands, corporations, schools, small businesses, clubs, and other organizations in need of custom apparel or gear. To request a quote, please complete our Custom Order Form, and a member of our team will contact you with pricing and available options.
Absolutely! We specialize in deployment shirts, morale patches, and custom unit designs. Share your concept or sketch, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Direct to Film
We use the latest garment decorating technology called Direct to Film (DTF) printing. DTF is a digital process where designs are printed onto a special film and then heat-transferred onto fabric. This method produces vibrant, full-color prints with exceptional detail and durability on a wide variety of materials, including cotton, polyester, and blends. Unlike traditional screen printing, DTF does not require separate charges per color, allowing for more complex and colorful designs at a lower cost. Additionally, DTF offers faster turnaround times, low minimum order requirements, and superior color accuracy. Our DTF prints are soft to the touch and guaranteed to withstand up to 50 washes while maintaining their quality.

Custom order Details
For the best print quality, we require high-resolution PNG files at 300 DPI or vector files such as AI, SVG, or EPS. These formats ensure your design is crisp, clear, and accurately reproduced on your custom apparel or gear. If you're unsure about your file type, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
JPEGs and other raster files are made up of pixels, which can become blurry or pixelated when resized or printed on garments—especially at larger sizes. In contrast, high-resolution PNG files (at 300 DPI) and vector files (like AI, SVG, or EPS) provide sharp, clean lines and preserve detail no matter the size. These file types allow us to accurately reproduce your design with vibrant colors, crisp edges, and a professional finish.
For garment decoration, especially with Direct to Film (DTF) printing, using the correct file format ensures your custom order looks its absolute best.
If your design isn’t in a high-resolution PNG or vector format, we can help! We offer file conversion services to prepare your artwork for printing, starting at $40. Our team will recreate or refine your design into a clean, print-ready vector file that ensures the highest quality results on your custom apparel. Pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the design, and we'll always provide a quote before proceeding.
