What is your process after I place an order?
After placing an order we hand select the wood for your project, taking into consideration its characteristics in order to give your flag or plaque a unique, one of a kind look. After selecting the perfect piece of wood, we then cut it to size and carefully carve it to exact specifications. It is then finished by sanding every inch to prepare it for staining. Once it is sanded and stained it is then painted and prepared for shipping.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Your order will be shipped out within two weeks from the date it was purchased through USPS or UPS. You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 days from the day it was shipped. Once your order ships you will receive an email notifying you it is on the way with a tracking number for you to track its movement.
How do you decide pricing for a custom order?
Anything not available for purchase at Breach Point Gear is considered custom. Your quote for a custom order depends on the complexity of the design, overall size, type of finish, and material being carved. After receiving the details and images you would like incorporated into your custom order we will determine the amount of time it will take to design your project. We charge a minimum $30 design fee and in most instances are able to design it within one hour. Any orders requiring more than one hour of design time will be charged $30 per hour. You can message us here if you would like to inquire about a custom order.

What is Breach Point Steel?
Breach Point Steel is carved in Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) and then has a steel finish applied in order to give it a rugged appearance. MDF is a high grade, composite material that performs better than solid wood in many areas. Made from recycled wood fibers and resin, MDF is considered more stable than solid wood and stands up better to changes in heat and humidity making it a great option for plaques and signs.
